Kick-off of your weekend with lots of laughs and giggles!
We might be approaching the business end of the season but that doesn't mean we can't have some fun with it!
As ever Soccer AM is the only place to start your weekend and you'll have no problem getting out of bed when you hear what we've got in store for you!
Joining Helen, Max and the rest of the gang in the studio first this week will be Blackburn Rovers star Jason Lowe!
The England Under-21 international has featured 22 times for Rovers this season and was rewarded with a five-year contract in October, following a string of impressive performances.
The versatile 20-year-old - who can play in both defence and midfield - broke into the first team last season, before going on loan to Oldham where he scored twice in seven games.
A product of the Blackburn youth academy, Lowe captained England at the Under-20 World Cup in Columbia last season, but has since graduated to the Under-21s, featuring in the last four squads.
The Wigan-born star has also been selected by Stuart Pearce in the first draft of the Olympic Squad, and he'll be giving us the lowdown on the interim England boss and talking about Blackburn's survival chances this season.
Fast Show
Next down the tunnel will be the hilarious Simon Day!
The Fast Show comedian came to fame in 1991 when he won the Time Out New Act of the Year, before joining up with Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer.
He continued to work with Vic and Bob throughout the '90s, while also finding time to appear in a host of TV shows, including Heartbeat, Jonathan Creek and Skins.
In 2008, the 49-year-old hit the comedy circuit for the first time on his own , touring the UK with his stand-up act 'What a Fool Believes'.
A regular pundit on sports quiz show 'Fighting Talk' on Radio 5 Live, Day will be telling us about his new autobiography and we'll no doubt fit in some chat about his beloved West Ham, too!
POW
We'll be ending with a 'POW' this week because last up on the orange sofas will be Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong and rapper Lethal Bizzle!
The two cousins are no strangers to Soccer AM, but will be appearing on the show for the first time together.
Frimpong burst into the Gunners first team earlier this season, before being loaned out to Wolverhampton Wanderers, where his battling performances in the centre of midfield made him an instant hit with the Wolves faithful.
The 20-year-old has since returned to north London, however, after suffering cruciate knee ligament damage to his right knee and we'll be finding out how his recovery is going.
'POW' rapper Bizzle, meanwhile, has taken time out from mentoring our very own lyrical genius, Tubes, and has been working hard in the studio.
His latest track 'Not a Saint' features friend and rapper Donae'o, while he and Frimpong have joined forces to launch their own clothing range: Dench.
The boys will be talking about all that, their latest twitter antics and how much they enjoyed the north London derby.
Finally
That wraps up another two hours of entertaining chat, but as ever there's lots more to look forward to, including a double Tubes meets!
Tubes headed off to Manchester to meet Chris Smalling last week, and you'll also see what happened when he met a whole host of England players!
Plus, Helen and Max make their West End debut in Rock of Ages, Gazza tells us why he chose Tottenham over Manchester U
